I think it's safe to assume this will get localized...
I enjoy my Wii U immensely, but it's not exactly like Nintendo's localization department is swamped with Wii U titles to translate...

of course it will be localized.
wii u need games to fill the droughts, and localize is easier and cheaper than develop.
also, nintendo is showing a good effort in localization. X is set to launch in whole world localized to every region.
pokemon x/y was the first pokemon game launched worldwide.
seems nintendo is more friendly to localize the games
