You'll see the promotion in the shopping cart before checking out. I already had $25 gift card from Infamous SS pre-order, so I used that to get this.
I think the pre-order gift card is given out with all the platforms, but because I'm a PS4 homer, I only put the PS4 link here. Almost thought about getting the PC version, but I already have 3 other friends getting the PS4 version although I have no idea how the multiplayer will be.
