The code that came with the game does not fit the area they want to me to add it in to register? What now?

The game came with a code in the sleeve of the case and on the back of the instruction, and then my receipt has a code not of them work.

The back of the manual has a 12 digit (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) code, but on the website they are asking for a 20 digit code which I do not have (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx)
