I must say I'm genuinely surprised that the PS4 won this one. I have no idea Microsofts response will be.

Safe to say there will be an official price drop very soon

im guessing E3 or at the latest gamescom, and a 100$ price cut.

Sold-in = shipped. They are synonyms.

I'm thinking before E3. This was a huge blow.

So, Titanfall sold well, but didn't affect X1 sales that much. I don't understand that, especially considering the unofficial price cut.

Its very likely the people who wanted One for Titanfall are the same people who rushed out to get One at launch.

Which makes the Verge's tweet incorrect.

IMO titanfall has failed , it was meant and promoted to be the gotg but that crooked plan has flopped

what's the next plan

agreed

gonna have to say a price cut but as last gen and even this month has showed XB1 is gonna have to go below 399 in order to start putting points up on the score board

i can see a kenict less sku being avialable around july- august for 399 but dont see that causing WW sales victories and what ever small effect it does to US sales between the two will be negated when PS4 cuts

With the price difference, things are the way they are supposed to be in terms of which console is ahead of the other.

I expected a bigger gap.

Y'all have to admit the Xbone is doing great. I guess games do matter after all...

MS already slashed 50$ off of the XB1 and have TitanFall for Free so price isnt that big of a factor here, it still is, but it isnt the only one. XB1 is doing pretty good in the usa, but it isnt winning, and it certainly isnt making MS any profits now with those price reductions and free game bundled. in EU XB1 is doing horrid.

games do matter, and PS4 has more of them, probably why its winning.

games dont matter at all in europe... ms has a bd bad tast atm because of the nsa an the xbone is the weaker console and costs more.
