Yes it's very US-based, some questions are just strange and some difficult to answer since I'm not American, haha.

And like you all said, it's clearly some underlying statement about "if you're white, atheist and straight, please feel bad".

I believe you are supposed to treat atheist as a religious belief.

So questions like "have you ever been threatned for your relgious beleifs" translate to "Have you ever been threatened for being atheist".
