Dreamcast, it had better games at least for the time (1999-2002). Xbox benefits from the games that come out later (2002-6). Despite that, I think Dreamcast has more classics on it.

Dreamcast, I had both, obviously the xbox is faster, but the dreamcast has a couple of classics that were released before their time... and most games run at 60fps, they're still very playable today...

Definitely dreamcast, neither were that popular but the dreamcast was sega's downfall, there had to be fewer which means more valuable.

 

EDIT: neither pf them would hold much value if they have been opened previously and not factory sealed though.

Most of the experiences you will get on the original Xbox is similar to what you get now only with worse graphics and AI. Dreamcast on the other hand, you have....Seaman.

I rest my case.

Shenmue 1 AND 2 are available on SEGA Dreamcast.

SEGA Dreamcast wins just on that reason alone (plus there's tonnes more great games on it of course)
