It's the FANBOYS and HATERS alike that don't give credit around here. Gamers are stupid as it is but there are others in the community who just make it worse.

Is the meaning of your sig that consoles is where all the action is and PC gamers are just onlookers?

Well, he is right that some gamers have these problems but obviously not all and I would say not even the majority. And it's not a gamers problem. You see the same in sports. How many fans of Barcelona try to act as if Ronaldo is shit? Or how many Mercedes fans act as if every BMW has to be shit just because it is a BMW (which is probaly a bigger problem in Germany as in other countries)

I think a small part of gamers is really bad which you see when they write artists or programmers hate mails and death threats and that is probably not as bad between car lovers or movie fans but these are only a minority and it only looks that bad for the gamer in general because even if only one of 100k gamers is like that you have like 10k gamers who are just unbelievable stupid and those are very vocal on the internet.
