At this point its pretty obvious this is happening.  Pretty fantastic news the multiplayer is a huge focus this time as the multi for Halo CE Anniversary was awful.  If they nail Halo 2's incredible online right this could be pretty big.

Not gonna lie I haven't been playing much consoles lately but I would sink some serious time into this.

So by nailing the MP they have to do nothing and just do a graphical facelift?

Pretty much, as long as it plays exactly the same just with beautiful graphics I'm sold.  No need to change anything other than a major graphical face lift

Next gen visuals and Halo 5 beta key rumors would be amazing if true.....but I have personal hopes that they drop a bombshell and add a final level to the campaign, thus re-writing history and giving it a proper ending.

This is the ONE change that I would actually love.  If they added one more level at the end of the campaign to actually........well......give the game an ending.  Would be much better than the massive cut off Halo 2's campaign ended with.

Bungie litteraly ran out of time to finish the game, as long as the level was solid and didn't break any lore than yeah I would be ok with this change.
