I got the Titanfall bundle when it launched and so far I have used 4 sets of AA batteries. Can I use the USB charging cable from my phone to connect the controller to the console? I don't want to try and bugger the controller so if anyone has tried, does it work? I only want to know if someone has already tried, I don't expect anyone to risk their controller to answer my curiosity.

The second question is about the TV power on command that Kinect sends out. When I tell the Xbox to turn on I can see the light on the front of the TV flicker but it doesn't turn on. When I use the remote to turn it on I have to hold the power button for 3-4 seconds, so was wondering if anybody knows a way to get the Xbox to sen the command for longer?

On a side note, does anyone know how to adjust the tuning of my cars in Forza 5 between races without backing out to the main menu?

I just took the batteries out of the controller and plugged it into the Xbox with my phone cable. Job done and no £20 bill.

I just bought my play and charge kit.... I was on my four set of batteries. I'm using a headset with controller really drains the batteries.

Yeah the quickest way to switch tune sets on the same car is to buy it a couple of time and have different tune sets for each. In other Forza 5 news all the 200 cars that came with the game are now available as rentals so you can try each before you buy them and when you buy a DLC car pack you get a free set off all the cars in the pack but if you want duplicates you have to buy them with credits or tokens and next week there should be free DLC (hopefully another free track).
