I think PS4 will be in short supply again for a week or 2 but then supply should stabilise I think.

FIFA's launch week was before the PS4's launch. VGC didn't count any of the early release software until the week the PS4 came out, so the first week for FIFA 14 isn't actually the first week it is the first two weeks.
