Since no one answered you, there are multiple bad guys in the game. The trolls are technological inferior bad guys who have been set back in those advances but could make a reapperance. I dont think the greedy guy will reoccur. But the end boss was more of an elemantal thing and the relics and mystery of knack were never really discovered. I could see some more lore concerning all that.
