No, the room and city streets are clearly in game. The end doesnt look CGI either, his jacket lacks ultra high res CGI textures. His shadows also flicker, which does NOT happen in CGI :)



I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime. 

The NX will be a 900p machine
