That is too bad. But to be fair, not every game that is a Metacritic giant, is actually a great game. And not every "flop" is....well, a flop. Not to everybody anyway. Review scores and aggregates aren't everything.

but the user score is badder

its a fun colourfull game for kids, and it works pretty well. oh and there is nothing new because its not broken, and the target audience wasnt born when the SNES was around... the meta score isnt fair. the game does what it should do, thats fine... u shouldnt judge a game badly because ur not the targeted audience.thats just bad journalism... its like giving star wars empire 3/10 because u dont like spaceships...

A lot of times user score is like half 0's and half 10's making it completely useless metric.

i don't plan to ever play this game however

Worst part. I didn't get to cancel my pre-order in time. I was expecting it to be Sticker Star levels of bad, not a whole new level of bad.

Pretty sad, I have such great memories of the first game on the Snes, was happy days thought I'd pick this up. I guess I will just wait for Mario golf instead.

i blame the music, it is horrible

If you really like stickers and despise Paper Mario 1 and 2, I guess it would be ok. But I can't think of many people that fall into that category.
