Is there a way to buy a PS3 game from the PSN without a PS3?

I wont have access to my PS3 until June or July and Catherine is 10 bucks on the PSN.

I have a PSP and a Vita with me.

Yes, just go to the sony entertainment network (or whatever it's called) website. Just google it. You can buy there whatever ps3 game you want (that is available on psn).
