Sounds like so much fun! And looks like the 6vs6 was the perfect amount of players for this game.

Well they added in the AI so it's really more than 6v6 it's just the rest of the people are the equivalent of letting my six year old daughter go online and play titan fall. Except she might end up being more of a threat.

Enjoying your gen 7 games arent you this week

Id say there both next gen games, but as you say graphics define the gen.

There barely any difference between 720P 920P and 1080P ...... Both consoles Xbox One and PS4 are minor graphic jump compared to Xbox 360 & PS3.

Nintendo with WiiU is actually much closer this time around then last gen in terms of graphic. 4K is were the next major jump will happen. But, we're still 5-6 year away before 4K TV are the mainstream TV. I don't think PS4 is capable of 4k graphic even if it was they wouldn't develop 4k graphic games on PS4 since most of their costumers only have 1080P TV.

If you're trully only cared about graphic you would simply play only on PC, 4k monitor and 4k graphic are just around the corner. Still the price as to come down alot before it's even a viable option probably still 2-3 years away on PC.

Titan Fall doesn't blow me away with next-gen graphic, but it's a new IP that feel fresh and exciting. The map with all the dinosaur in the back ground and flying above was very nice and actually made me stop and look around. But, Mostly in Titan Fall your moving so fast that the focus is quickly returned to gameplay. There article saying that future update might boost the resolution but don't mess with the game if it's going to affect the solid  60 frames per seconds.

Ok just confused then why you called mario 3d world and wii U 7th gen when thats solid graphics with a smooth frame rate, yet Titanfall has neither of those at launch. Seemed strange.

4k gaming is not next gen for me really, we dont have monitors or tvs anywhere big enough to warrant 4k yet, not to mention even the best PC would struggle to do 4k at 60 frames with loads of next gen effects.

Still looking forward to friday Titanfall release in the UK and Dark Souls 2, i dont know which ill play first yet.

The game is fun... but I expected more realistic visuals.. it looks like a last gen game to me.. just saying

Agreed 4k is not for another 4-5 years. Mario 3D World could be port to the PS3 and Xbox 360 and would run fine. The WiiU used slightly improve hardware when you compare it to the PS3 and Xbox 360. What define a generation if not the graphics? The Wii was a slightly improved gamecube with dvd disc and Wiimote. I never really concidered the Wii on par with the PS3 and Xbox 360. But as long as you make it cheap people will buy it, but Nintendo also screwed that up $249.99 is the Casual market magic number. The WiiU is still selling for more then that amount.
