Interesting. Why are the numbers on that page different than the main page? I see a difference for pretty much everything.

It's ~150K away from 10 million according to MC. It can reach 11 million in Japan if Sony drops the price there (PS3 is still Y24,999 there). There's no Y19,999 SKU like there's a $199/EU199 in the west.

Those amounts on the platform total page reflect Nov and Dec totals prior to the adjustments made in early January. The "Global" charts reflect what's accurate now. The "Platform" link for totals has yet to be adjusted down for PS3/X360.

Because this page shows the shipped numbers. In the front page show what was sold to the costumers.

How would VGC know the shipped numbers for PS3 if Sony has not fully released that?
