Thing is, whenever I try to do something while I'm playing Tomb Raider, the game closes most of the time. I'm at work so I can't say exactly which apps but yeah.
I think I saw a video on Youtube where they go from standby mode on PS4 to playing a game in seconds but that hasn't been my experience. I can still go from totally powered off to playing a game at roughly the same time as a Wii U game (Totally powered off to playing in about 30 seconds) so it's no big deal. I just wonder how it's done.

But then everybody on VGChartz wouldn't know that the Xbox One has a feature that the PS4 doesn't have. Now, we can make a big deal about it like it's a must have feature!

Hahaha yeah, guess i'm really missing out :P
IT cant but it could easily if its something the community ask for enough, because yes it already can do uploading video of your game and your face at the same time on twitch and ustream, so it wouldnt be hard for them to make an app to do it direct to another person.
But i doubt its something the community will ever ask for.
