There are plenty of exclusives actually. Maybe not enough that appeal to you?

2014: God of War collection...then again, I played the crap out of those games on my PS2, bought the collection for the PS3 and played th crap out of it again... no point in doing so a third time...

Again, I cannot emphaisze this enough, to those wanting to get a portable, go get a 3Ds and spare yourselves much disapointment.

I don't think any of the games in ur last paragraph are gonna get localised.  As for the rest the bold are all the ones I'd want if I got a Vita.

Edit: Except Disgaea 4, which I have on PS3.

Maybe to you, but right now is a great time to get one with the ability to remote play nearly EVERY PS4 game plus has great exclusives like this:

- Uncharted Golden Abyss

- Killzone Mercenaries

- Gravity Rush

- Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (I actually played about 95% of it on the Vita and only played a little of PS3 to test it out)

- The Jak & Daxter Collection (so fun to play these games that I never finished on my PS2)

 

It seems like a great purchase.

Toukiden - slightly above ok, agian, nothing to write home about

God Eater 2, Phantasy Star Nova, Phantasy star online 2, Tales of innocence/Hearts R, Sword Art online, The legend of Heroes Sen no kiseki, Digimon world 4 (if it gets localised) -  with the way vita is selling, none of these will probably get localized EVER

 

The Vita gets 2-3 games or so a month while the 3DS gets a shyet load of games every month...

If sony could just get some of those games to be multiplat, then there wouldn't be an issue, but NOOOOOOOOOO!!! Sony is letting the Vita die a slow and painful and humiliating death...

Well the last paragraph was the whole thing for games we are unsure will be localised. Disgaea 3 and 4 actually do have special Vita editions out or coming.

I also remembered Akiba's Trip 2 is also probably getting localised by XSEED (it was teased last christmas).
