This isn't considered piracy right since nintendo doesn't produce any 64 games and consoles anymore? If it is then lock it.

Alright first you download an emulator for the the nintendo 64 called project 64 k. Here is a link to the site http://pj64k.emulation64.com/.

Now you have to download the rom for ssb. Go to www.doperoms.com and then download a north american one and then unzip it with winzip or winrar.

Now go to the project 64k and open it and then pick open to choose the file you want to open. Alright open ssb and it will start exit ssb. Now open project 64k in file choose netplay. Then pick a server or make one and play online. This could help you get ready for brawl. I have a gc controller for pc and a ps2 controller for pc so its not a big deal if you have one but playing with the keyboard is good too.

Edit also I could beat anybody who wants me to beat them. I think there is a way to talk to by pressing f4 or f5.

 No any emulator with netplay will work but project 64k is the most popular. yes you do need the emulator.

Wow, I didn't know Project64 had netplay....this is intriguing...

 ...but I digress.  It's still illegal, so...
