Forums - Gaming - Xbox One + Titanfall + Free Game for £399.99!!!

I bet there are some casual players that are going to be a little surprised to find Titanfall an online only game. Not even local splitscreen (a biggie for COD).

It should be everywhere to boost sales...

The console needs some deals to begin moving. The titanfall bundle is not performing great at all. Amazon is painting a clear picture in this regard.

Not if you like fighting games, platformers, FPS, open world zombie mash, rail-shooters, racing games, Third person action adventure etc...

So the same that exists in all consoles... to be fair I think the launch lineup was great but that's not the issue with One right now.

Dang, what a great deal.

"This thread is about Xbone, no? To be fair the only console that needs to justify a purchase is Xbone right now... that what the demand and deals/price cut shows."

So why did you say that? Just for saying? If it has everything that other consoles have, plus more, it doesn't need a justification like you're attempting to say.

Price... there is no incentive even with the price cut to buy a Xbone due the price of a machice that can't reach the perfomance of the opposite side.

This is a good deal because the free game but it is yet expensive for what it delivers... the One for what it gives to you needs to be a £300 machine in UK to enter in the consumer wanted list.

I haven't seen anything that PS4 does that X1 can't do. Framerate and resolution? Please man, you think most people care about that?

You're forcing this resolution thing because if people need to go frame by frame to spot differences most likely it's minimal or a trivial issue.

People care because there are a huge difference in IQ.

And even if the machines are comparable the price is not... the sales are obivious since start... the desperate moves from MS shows they didn't have a competitive machine due the price.

Nobody will pay more for a machine that deliverers less than the competition... with this one day deal they only matched the value of the competition because the free game but it cost more yet.

Again MS needs to make the machine £300 in UK to start to make competition... if you have a weaker hardware then you need to be cheaper... while the price is matched or over the competition the situation won't change... MS will lose by over 2:1 in UK.
