I'd rather get it on the X360, as I have no PC to run that game, nor the 30 others that would require a few PC upgrades to make any computer I have a remotely viable gaming system.

I want to get this game on the PC but I don't know if I can handle it. Right now I run TF2 kinda low but not all the way low and i get like 40-60fps usually.

I'd rather get this game on the PC but I have the funny feeling that my PC would have a shit fit if I tried to run any sort of new game on it so I'll sadly be getting ot for the 360.

Who cares? as long as there PC version coming, people who don`t have or won`t have x360 won`t miss this game. =)

They are just going by just seeing one version. They do not have any word from Valve that a PS3 version isnt planned or in the works. If memory serves me we only saw the 360 version of GTA4 for a while then they showed the PS3 version. The opposite could be said about UT3.

Until Valve states otherwise, its not 360 exclusive.

 Fine, sorry for the dissing...but not being able to afford a good PC while owning a 360 is a bit contradictory.  If you've got a $350 system with $60 games, while typing on what I assume is an average PC...you probably could have pooled that all together to get a $500 PC rig (which is much more versatile than a gaming console, people forget) that can play Left 4 Dead very well, and PC games are also start at $40-$50 and get cheap fast.

I love how people call th PC a console.

I think this rumor started when EGM printed in one of their features the the game was (X360/PS3). I believe this was the issue where they said Ninja Gaiden 2 was multiplatform too, don't know why people believed that.

 First off, thanks for saying your sorry, I´m well aware that PCs are the supperior platform but (at least here in germany) a gaming PC would cost me 600 euros at least and would last me a year before the first upgrade, I don´t know how things are in chicagoland as I haven´t be there for some years (my second home:) , anyway I got the 360 so I wouldn´t have to upgrade anymore (the irony is that the first thing I did was upgrade the cooler), anyway my 360 was only 250 euros on ebay and I don´t pay for games since my cash flow is really low (yeah I´m that kind of person please don´t make fun of me), anyway lets just agree that the PC version will be better (even if it´s just the mouse) but it´s good that as many people as possible will be able to play this great game.

I see no issue with this thread title. Legend put "console" in there to make sure there was no confusion, and if you are a PC fan you wouldn't have any doubt about this game being on PC, because you would know this is Valve... heck, the 360 version is just an EA port.
