Idk im pretty sure when a company releases a product that costs tens of millions of dollars to make they dont usually expect it to make all that money back in 2 days.

Wow, this thread just made me realize that Your Shape 2013 is a Wii U exclusive... I bought it for 2,50 Euros to get the Club Nintendo Code and a fresh Wii U box.
Well, all recent fitness games bombed hard, look at Zumba Fitness.

3D World is far off the other 3D Marios and didn't move consoles. Sorry.

Ah, ok.
I'll let just go. You should do the same.

Of course is Nintendo fault. It will have legs and with luck could sell half of Returns, but is Nintendo, so in the end will end with 2mil
I will say this until they do it: PUT TROPICAL FREEZE ON THE 3DS!!!! ...Where it belongs.
Well it's nice to have these threads every time a Nintendo game flops but you should expand to other companies. Like when Sony or Microsoft games flop, that should spice things up a bit! Your threads are getting a bit predictable and monotonous!
"I've Underestimated the Horse Power from Mario Kart 8, I'll Never Doubt the WiiU's Engine Again"
The problem is not that Donkey Kong was made--we do need more fur-based games, after all--it's simply that there isn't much else that will draw in new customers, as most DK fans already jumped for on board for Mario. In that regard, Donkey Kong is blameless. It's just a matter of timing. Donkey Kong would have been fine if more variety had already graced the Wii U. As it stands, it highlights the root of Nintendo's problems, which is too narrow a focus in terms of genre and aesthetics.
So, I think dwelling on Donkey Kong is ignoring the real issue. Things didn't turn out as Nintendo envisioned, which left a quality game hanging out to dry. The real focus should be on what Nintendo is going to do about increasing the scope of catalog, not on cutting out what they already do well. They don't need less DK, they need more other stuff.
