How many of these do we need a day?

remember the Nintendooomed threads? Or the people that need 4 years to finally understand that consoles that are already OUT are not NEXTGEN anymore.

Ugh. Xbox needs to be in the hands of people who care about games, period. People in charge of Xbox seem to care less and less as time goes by, but I still shudder to think what it would become in the hands of some other corporation.

There is Phil Spencer

Elop is not in charge Xbox division only

No he doesnt, but he is the one that is gonna present the progress reports to them. He can definitly recommend it to the board if he wants.

The progress will be what it is, he can't skew the figures for his liking. It will be a a well thought out and researched decision to kill off xbox, so whatever the leader of that divison wanted, either for it to stay of to be killed off, if it actually got to the point of dicussing, how he reports to the board is worthless.

He is a puppet. Little more.

The situation is the Xbox sales are dropping and Microsoft has no chance to dominate then market. Thats the values he has to show. Ofc, he can have plans to try and work around it, but then we get back to the crux of the situation. Is Microsoft willing to take losses on it to build market share again or not? That is the big question.

Got to say though, it's sort of funny that they put this man in charge of Xbox :P

And yes, I get that Xbox is not the only thing he's in charge of.

I swear this is a dupe thread. With that, it's locked.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

That would shake the market in a bad way.

Imagine EA buys it and make it an Origin console? Owww the horror, I doubt ms is willing to sell the division unless it's for a really good price and in this case I would even sell my mother just wouldn't delivery.

Have Forbes became a console war arena??? It looks more flaming than N4G with all the Sony under bankrupcy risk so ps4 may be discontinued and ms under selling the division rumour.
