So unoficial price cut already happened, they didn't even wait until E3, LOL, that's bad.

Why?

Would be better not selling?

If retailers think the sweet price is US$399 or US$449 I can´t see what is wrong.

If Microsoft had enouth supply to sustain the demand at a lower price that´s another issue.

I don't know, their entire fanbase claims "it's all good" in neighbouring topics.

MS could wait until e3, at least, to see real affect of Titanfall and other games, but again, if they do this, they are not that optimistic.

Retailers don't get consoles for free, that's what's wrong.

Oficical price in UK is 429, with Titanfall it's more than a hundred gbp cheaper.

sucks for people like me who paid the £429 on launch : /

You knew what you were getting into buying Day One. Its something you have to think about when buying anything at launch.

I knew it was a risk I took, not the first time its happened (to me) either. Doesnt make the pill any less bitter to swallow :)

Maybe we'll get something free like with the Original XBox when they did the same, or Nintendo did with the 3DS ^.^

Wont hold out any hopes though :(

The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them.

Funny thing is, best time to buy ps4 was at launch(pre-order), because with such low price and such high demand, price won't be a dollar lower until at least e3 2016.

if it was something other than Titanfall in that bundle e.g. DR3. The temptation would be almost too strong for me. I just need to chill though. It would get to £300-350 real soon at this rate. Patience my friend, patience.

As stated before in this thread, this UK Gamestop site is constantly undercutting prices of PS4 and X1 to get the upperhand over other retailers.
This isnt just an Xbox thing.

Their desperation to shift stagnant stock in europe is starting to show.
Hardware and software there has slowed to concerning rates, if they dont boost the performance soon they feat itll go the way of the WiiU (retailers would rather take a hit on hardware profit margins and potentially boost software sales then risk having a store room full of idle stock.

Sorry but Bull crap

Whats there desperation to sell PS4 stock they dont have yet, this is just standard Gamestop recently there undercutting all UK shops because they buy through Ireland.

Discount on Ps4 over amazons price: 20 quid
Discount on xbone over amazons price: 30 quid

Yeah, total bullshit right?

Besides, Gamestop UK online store has a bit of a reputation for undercutting everyone on unavailable stock to pull in lowest price on google shopping charts, then bait and switch last minute by mass emailing to say price has increased, hoping people will just shrug and accept it.

Didn't catch that, but really? Why the heck are they doing this? I mean people would happily buy ps4 for a retail price.

Btw, situation on Amazon UK differs - ps4 / x1.
