well Sony has to have more that bleeds for them not that I don't want VR to be a big thing as I've always wanted it and if this is good and affordable then I will get it... if there is a game I want for the system that is :P

Well I was not sure and I had the chance to try Oculus,,, and Its horribly fun ....
Hopefully Sony gets it right and/or they bring the Oculus Rift to ps4.

Maybe take the glasses off? If you cant see a screen two inches away from your face... Then glasses probably wont help very much...

The oculus rift that came out of Kickstarter you would not want, its horribly low res and still laggy, its a lot of fun to play with but you wouldnt want it for your day to day HD games, now obviously there gonna make a much better one before it comes to retail, but doesnt mean Sony wont make an even better one than that.
Im just not convinced the appeal is that much greater than what it was for 3D TV's
hhhmmm if this works than it could be really cool. The issue of course would be the price.
Bet with Adamblaziken:
I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

I can see where VR could flounder just like 3D but i do believe that the PC enthusiast market will atleast cause it to be a sustainable market until it become mainstream.

LOL!

Anything with a cockpit really. It could mean the revival of the space sim, air combat sim, maybe I'll even like a mech game with vr headset.
Adventure games like Myst could make a comeback.
You could also support it for building sim, build on tv, walk through your creation in VR. Rollercoaster tycoon awesomeness.
I hope somebody revives Wipeout for VR.
Why wouldn't it work for a first person rpg btw?
The only thing that might be a bit disappointing is that we're already getting used to 1080p30 good looking visuals, while VR needs at the least dual 1080p60 screens, which will still seem low res spread of a wide field of view. The extra level of immersion is probably worth the downgrade in visuals though.

Nope, PC only. Though it might come to Steam Machines.
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!
