No, I played on PS3. It was just deep enough to be totally underwater but still be on "walk mode". The guard caught me just there

Saw dragons flying backwards. It was pretty odd looking. Then I Saw Two dragons flying backwards. Had a good laugh with that one.

But the oddest thing was I fell through the floor at Dragon's Reach! That one was wild. Just walking along, or doing something, suddenly I've falling through the floor. Was able to look around and walk a bit before I fell through that floor again, and to my death.
