I'm surprised no yet has mentioned Need for Speed: Most Wanted! It's really fun.

If you haven't done a NFS game in awhile, it's a great one to pick up. I think it's also graphically one of the best games on WiiU -- it shows a distinct leap in graphics over 360 and PS3.

 This means nothing to me, lol... I got The Wind Waker HD for £15 brand new anyway... so the saving there makes up for what I COULD have saved on the console itself :)
