Do any of you remember F-Zero GX on the Cube? I just found it in my room and started playing it again. That game is absolutely amazing.The music, exetreme level of difficulty, graphics, and customization made the game a masterpiece. I cannot stop playing it.

Also, I'm just wondering if anyone has any information on a Wii version of the F-Zero series.

err. you want the original F-Zero and F--Zero 2 on the VC. OMG F-Zero 2 has the hardest tracks EVER!

but yea i played those games too. they do have some insane tracks.

F-Zero with 32 player WiFi games would be insane. As long as the steering wasn't motion based with the Wii Remote (I'm thinking of Manta Ray surfing in Super Mario Galaxy in particular, where you tilt the remote to turn. A Mario Kart Wii type style might work, but I think it's an analog control stick game). Hopefully it'll have an even greater customization for the vehicles, since I loved the garage in F-Zero GX. I would spend so much time making sweet emblems for my rides.

Great series, but insanely hard. I haven't heard anything about it though.

i dont think they would release it this year b/c of all the other Nintendo games coming out.

but.. i hope they are at least developing the game.

F-Zero for the cube is one of the hardest games I have ever played. That game is fucking insane. Let alone they have a Hard and SUPER HARD mode. I can not think of a harder game. It's outrageous.

But, I love it.

the gratitude you get when you accomplish something in F-Zero is fantastic because of how difficult everything is.

Did anyone here ever manage to beat the first mission in Story mode on its hardest difficulty setting, where you have to get, like, 60 canisters in 3 laps in 60 seconds or something? I was ready to commit suicide after playing that mission for hours... (never beat it)

Well the difficulty spoiled my fun...
