I couldn't start the Blood and Ice quest to get a house in Windhelm. I could fix most bugs I encountered with simple console commands and whilst I got the house that way, I never got a chance to do the quest.

1st place: My game occasionally crashes when I hit the Quicksave key.
2nd place: Indoor environments fail to render, outdoor environments also have missing textures.
3rd place: Broken first-person view.

Had it on PC, had 1 major glitch I can recall, with a slew of simply poor 'quest cleanup' coding. The first PC bug was in a cave that you had to go through to get to another area (can't remember now), there was an ice troll in the beginning of it, and then it opened up into this ice bridge before you proceeded on to the other side. Upon crossing the bridge, the game would crash 99.99999999999999% of the time.

There were two other issues I had, but they were either due to doing quests out of order, or simply the quest cleanup issues would leave NPC's in the wrong place to start/continue/finish the serial killer quest, and one of the quests in the town with the assassin's guild.

I enjoyed the game quite a bit, but those issues were quite annoying. Thankfully with the ~console, I could force the game to reset the NPC's or force the quest into the next step. So, it wasn't a game breaker. Never did fix the crashing in the Ice cave though, I simply had to hope I could get through it enough times to finish whatever I was doing, so I could never go there again heh.

Trying to get all the Daedric Artifacts. There is one where you have to collect like seven or eight stones and then place them on an old crown. The crown get returned to the thieves den in Riften and you get the artifact. Well, for some reason, after I collected all the gems, it still wouldn't give it to me. I made several attempts, there was more than one bug affecting this mission. I played through skyrim completely at least 5x before I could get all artifacts in one of my saves.

I cursed bethesda to hell for that one.

what do u mean by broken first person view

I had a bug one time that made first-person unplayable. All I could see was a liquidly black and brown mess.

However, that only happened to me once. The other two happen every so often.

Had the PC version. I know there were a couple of bugs here and there, but the biggest and most frustrating was the sound issues that I had. No problem with sound on my desktop PC but on my laptop I had.
