To put it bluntly, Thuway is just a Sony fan-boy. I'm sick of the hype he is giving the order... even one of the developers commented on the unassailable hype around the game (can't remember the specific comment).

Yeah, I saw their tweet about that. I don't blame them for being worried, this is their first console game. People are going to absolutely eat them alive for this once it inevitably doesn't live up to the insane levels of hype. It doesn't really matter if the game ends up ultimately being good or not at this point.

Really, I blame Sony for this. By giving us absolutely nothing else to focus on (I mean, hell, they even refuse to show off Drive Club at this point which was meant to be a boring ol' launch title), they've already killed this game with overhype.

Not annoyed at all, I just don't really pay attention to what Thuway has to say since he's not the most credible leaker, on the other hand I can't wait until Famousmortimer has something to leak cause I'm yet to see him being wrong when he says he's sure of his info. Damn he confirmed Uncharted being in development before it was announced, that's enough for me to love him long time.

Psst, PC version beta is 4x the size and uses the as.e textures, they're not going to openly say " oh you guys are angry because the textures suck? They're final deal with it" at best all they're going to do is change a couple most noticeable/most complained about a d leave it at that, the notion that they would reduce all textures to 25% for beta is a Pipedream. But rather than argue this point I ask that you wait a week or so and see for yourself.
