That's like asking people to stop being on the internet. To be fair nobody is really a dick 24/7. We take shifts, first Japan gets to be dicks, then Europe and after that the Americas. It's actually quite an accomplishment building such a reliable world spanning team of dicks.
We have dicks of all races, nations and walks of lives. Don't attack our Togetherness!!
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
