real virtually reality gaming is my lifelong dream. I've always wanted this,even as a kid. I remember virtual boy getting my hopes up,only to be let down,just as quick.

Holotable (SW) alike Volumetric display would be one. Holoband (Caprica) would be another.

Oh, and btw, 3D was there all along with 2D on computers (I remember playing quite a few 3D games even on Spectrum ZX), just not as popular until much later.

Price!

So ill need a PS5, a Vr set and a treadmill walking thing and a shit load of controller accessories like gun sword. So about around $2000 for a true Vr gaming experience ??

We shall see if Sony can get a decent priced vr set out on the market and how well it will do.
