It's certainly not PS4's fault that Gen 8 this week is quite behind Gen 7's respective week. However, weekly sales are getting significantly behind Wii's, it won't hold it's lead for long. WiiU won't either, at least it's better than last year but it's still sooner rather than later before PS4 overtakes it as Gen 8's leader.

Xbox One however is moving slowly but surely towards WiiU/Vita territory. The Gen 7 consoles have also accelerated their demise it seems in favor of the PS4 probably. Won't be too long before their sales are insignificant enough. 3DS is still decent, but a far cry from DS naturally. Considering Vita seems to be impossible to save, I reckon 3DS and PS4 will be only truly successful consoles in this generation.

Seems you have fact and opinion confused with one another. Also, where did I say these guys all have Xbones? I only have a handful of friends who have jumped into next gen and it's pretty much 50/50.

As if that matters anyway. You understand people have different expectations for different platforms, yes? I haven't bought a Vita because most of the games I would play, I can already play in superior form on my home consoles. Hope that helps.
