honerable mention Assasins creed ( became shit with the last game tho

7. portal - one was amazing, at first i assumed it was a short demo but it was pretty suprising and part 2 was good. and you enter PORTALS there are enough jokes to be made about that.

6. left 4 dead - the reason why i also liked horde in gow

5. gears of war - epic story, looked amazing, chainsaw gun + crossbow

4. just dance - honestly the game isn't that good,but its a chickmagnet just like guitar hero was

3. bioshock - amazing setting, choices

2. wii sports/fit/resort - biggest chick magnet of the gen "wanna see my bowling score? i'm good with balls"

1. Mass effect - best story, has me craving for more, first weapon system was best

This list is rated on the following factors, story, epicness and chick hunting appeal

will be explained in detail later on, if i feel like it

 This might be severly biased since i didn't list series i don't have extensive playtime with

Where's God of War? 

I agree with the games on that list I've played though.  Mass Effect, Wii Sports, Left 4 Dead, and Gears of War.

I thought this thread was basically a poorly worded, most biased games of the 7th gen.  That's why this post agrees with you.  I disagree with you.  Nevermind.

AC4 is so much better than any other AC game ever made, it's not even in the same realm...Also Gears of War is terrible.  Just Dance I am assuming is meant to be a joke?  I like all the other choices.  Is this a bait thread?

Good list. Bioshock and Mass Effect are both in it, I'm happy!

When you say the last Assassin's Creed game was shit, do you mean Black Flag or 3?
Black Flag is great, though easy.
That's actually playing it as an assassin and hitting 100% on main mission objectives pretty much all the time and not paying like a 1 man army...

Last gen you mean, but anyways.  I made a mistake on my post.  I thought it was a poorly worded topic and you meant your top seven games you think are overrated, not your top seven.

I disagree in that case.  The games I listed above are the ones I've played that I think are the most overrated games of this gen.

Also yes, God of War 3 and Ascension were released last gen.  I mentioned God of War because I think those games are overrated as well.

No Uncharted, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...
Ha. inFamous and Darksiders were also pretty good, though I'm yet to play Darksiders 2.
And Assassin's Creed is most likely second place for me. Only behind Uncharted. That's only talking about IPs with more than one game mind you. I think I'll play Mass Effect soon, so maybe it enters my list.

Honorable mention to LBP, for the ridiculously funny multiplayer.
