Now that is a beast headset

So this update will only add support for one headset. And do nothing else? Wow, they couldn't even be bothered to enable the PS3 BD remote. Add in bitrate info to the DVD/BD timeline bar. Small things. But instead, It took them 1 month of testing for one main feature, geez.

Add support to the new headset... the old ones like the original or the GTAV special edition... etc.

Unless they get generic headsets working. Like my G930. Or the other BD headsets I own. That did work with the PS3. This is not really useful. I'm not going to buy other crap.

I'm not. But this really doesn't justify a whole month of waiting for a few things like this. I was exspecting the missing media functions would get priority. With headsets.

Has there ever been a firmware update that didn't get moaned about by some people?

Has there ever been ANYTHING that doesn't get moaned about by some people, especially if it's gaming related lol

OT: I REALLY like that new headset and since my Pulse Elite is cracked where it bends to fit on your ears on both sides I think I'll pick it up this Summer (I can still wear them and they work fine it's just annoying and kinda loose now).  Didn't expect them to be LESS expensive and those custom downloadable sound modes sound SWEET.
