Yes in most cases.Rpgs are the reason I love Sony and Nintendo. The PS3 has a huge rpg library which I enjoy. My younger bro gave me his 3ds with Tales of Abyss,Project X Zone,Kindom Hearts dream drop Distance and Mario 3D. There are really great games.I still play my psp because of the countless rpgs it has.So you are right it  does reflect the console you own.

My top 10 list of games includes four PSX games, one NES game, two SNES games, one PSP game, and two PS2 games. I really don't care what system the game releases on, if it's a good game, it's a good game. However, if I don't own the system then it's unlikely I've played much of a game for it to be my favorite, so yeah, peoples favorite games are going to be based around what systems they own. On the VGChartz top 50, Phantasy Star Online is number 39 for me, and I've never owned the system, just played the game at a friends house or borrowed the system from a friend.

Haha yes perhaps. But for example if you only play on the Wii and you love FPS, perhaps your choice of console is not the best. That's sort of the point of my thread, to make people think of the games that they enjoyed the most, and enjoy most today. Reflect over which console they have and want to buy in the future.

When I look at the games that I like it's mostly adventure/platform/action-RPG type of games. Zelda, Uncharted, Banjo, Mario etc. So for me the Xbox-brand looks not very inviting at all. I know there is Fable 2 & 3, Kameo and Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts for Xbox 360, but I can't really say that I liked any of them enough to buy the console. The Fable series however I would buy if they were released on a console that I owned.
