I absolutely loved that part where you step out of the building and its just a sea of rich colors, beautiful diversity in environment, bright blue skies and oranges hanging from trees with colors so rich you can taste them.

Gears? just the part where it starts to rain for the first time in gears 1.
When Dom died, i felt a piece of me died with him =( Oh and the first appearance of General Ramm were he kills kim epic moment well for me it seemed so bad ass.
Dom's death. Why Dom? I could not believe my favourite loyal companion I had to revive almost every time during campaign mode.
Dom is the Gears of War's equivalent to Jesus he made the ultimate sacrifice in order to save them all.
I can not imagine a Gears of War game without Dom.

Yeah, if they ever make a Gears game without Dom, it will probably suck.
