No, they can't kill this franchise! It's one of the BEST games I've ever played! They just need to give it some rest and bring it back

We don't want a DMC fan's opinions. Anyways I'd like a Norse or Egyptian mythology-based Reclaimer trilogy with a brand new type of primary weapon and more open world gameplay.

I didnt exactly love the main series games. So, the fact that they finished that story arc on 3 doesnt bother me at all.

I like the God of War games that are cointained and have their own plots, instead of an overaching one. Chains of Olympus, Ghost of Spart and Ascencion are all awesome for me. Love those games to bits. They are the most fun to play.
The main series is too riddled with pointless puzzles and a dragging plot. I mean cmon... GoW3 could have been finished in 5m, but they milked it for that whole game.

God of War Ascension wasn't bad. Don't particularly care if they do more at this point. I think they should take a break for a few years before doing another one, since I think Ascension was a very stale game.
