I was down at my local pawnshop yesterday looking through some games when they brought out an Xbox one. I guess the guy who pawned it gave it up so they were putting it out for display to be sold. It comes with CoD Ghosts and an extra controller for $549.99. The kicker here is that ALL gaming systems are 30% off until the end of the month. That brings the price down to $385. I even checked with the manager to make sure it wasn't excluded from the sale. That's definitely a price I'd be comfortable with, but still to rich for my blood at the moment. I never find deals like this when I have money to burn. Oh well, if anyone is interested I just called up there and it's still available.

$385 is a decent price but damn, that regular price was a ripoff! A $500 console, a $60 game, and a controller and all of them were used? I'd just buy everything new and still have a warranty and some peace of mind. I'd buy the console alone for $385 and not a penny more for the risk I'd be taking. Tossing in the controller and game would sweeten the deal but I'd still probably not jump on it.

The price is great, but I wouldn't never buy a used console. When I bought my ps3 back in 2010 gamestop offered me a used ps3 at $250 and if I buy it with a bank's credit card, I would get an adittional 30% off. I'm not saying that buying a used console is bad but like d21lewis said, buying new can get you the warranty and peace of mind.

I wouldn't call it the deal of a lifetime but certainly looks like the deal of the year or at least the month

$385 for a used bundle? That actually sounds about right.

Reminds me of when I walked into a pawn shop about a month after the Vita launched and they had one in there selling for the same price as a used PSP. The guy at the shop just thought it was a different PSP model lol

Well just sell a kidney and pick your self a good deal on a console that you may love.
