Simple question. We all have our different reasons; and there are many different kinds of gamers. Are you a Call of Duty only player competing with your friends online after school? Are you an old school JRPG gamer that enjoys character development and stories in your games? Or do you like to be visually treated to a game like Journey to relax after a hard day's work?

For me: (I'm 20) It's changed a bit as I got older. I've been through the older Nintendo phase, the shooter only phase, and others. Now, I think I'm at the appreciative phase. I just love to play new experiences. Just recently finished Kingdom Hearts 1.5 (first KH game) and still playing games like Ni No Kuni and Tearaway. I guess the kicker for me is a good story and characters. Something I can think about long after the game finishes.
