Mods can abuse their powers but Mr Kahn is usually one of the goods ones. If your claim to be innocent as you are is true then you have been treated unfairly.

I was told to stay out of the Nintendo threads all together, is that a  reasonable command? That means, and I assume, I can't post anything slightly negative about Nintendo at all. Wait what?

If that's the case they need to amend the rules to explicitly prohibit any criticism in the threads. Let's see how much traffic this sites gets then.

Sorry, but i dont agree at all.

At least with me they have been understanding and fair.

Its important to have strict modding cause theres still alot of posters that try to ignore it and deliver profanities and vulgarities to other posters instead of having civil discussions.
Even with all of this, theres still alot of trolling going on in Nintendo threads and the Wii U, aswell as Vita and Xbox. Those are the usual targets and its best that it gets toned down. That kind of thing leads people to leave the website.

Cant control your loudmouth? Then its best you leave than everyone else. Thats my view on it.

That's not reasonable. You have an anonymous site dedicated to the comparison of sales data between consoles. That means there is inherent competition and conflict between users of various attachments. A similar comparison is an internet site dedicated to NFL discussion between different teams. There's bound to be negativity and rivalry.

The whole "if you have nothing nice to say don't say it all" kindergarden mentality is so naive to apply to the internet.

I see some of you are on one-track mindsets here.

Control your loudmouth doesnt mean not speak, means knowing how to speak.

Don't say anything negative about Nintendo when mr khan is online and you should be ok, he believe there is a vast conspiracy from third parties against Nintendo after all

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

It's like you have to know the difference between walking in a room and saying:

"Hey douches: what are you sucking at today?"
and
"Hey folks. What's up?"

Just because you meant the same thing both times doesn't mean people are equally receptive to both ways of saying it.

Seeing as you have a history of such attitude and trying to provoque Nintendo fans, it is not surprising at all.

Let's start a website riot.

I never had problem with Mr Khan, but i do recall people having a problem with his moderation.

Censoring language online is just silly. What if I wrote "struggling" instead of "dead" Would that be less offensive? Again, I didn't make a personal attack on anyone. What my opinion is about a console shouldn't warrant a ban.

And where are the bans for people who claim that Sony will go bankrupt? Isn't that the same vein as saying the Wii U is dead/failed/doomed?

The article linked doesn't say Nintendo says the console is dead.
