Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls could be getting a PS4-exclusive spin-off, according to one tipster online. It’s not the first time we’ve heard rumours along these lines either.

It follows rumours surrounding Demon’s Souls 2 for PS4, that came from the same source who correctly leaked Driveclub’s 2013 delay.

Now, another source on NeoGAF has teased that Sony’s PS4 generation is going to be quite big. They wrote, “Sony haven’t won anything and they won’t think they won either. It’s going to be another generation of hard work and great games.”

After another poster asked if they should bet their soul on it, the source replied, “If by souls you mean another PS4 exclusive Souls spinoff then maybe ? ; )”

Treat his as rumour for now, but that’s twice that a PS4-exclusive ‘Souls’ title has been teased by sources.

Not bullshit because Demon's Souls is a Sony's IP.... so a new game will be release only on Sony platforms.

Not here to rag on Demon Souls, but IMO, the game was not only too hard, the AI was insanely cheap.

I love the settings, the enemies, the whole world looks and feels great, but the difficulty really turned me off.
Having to start over every mission when killed and the controls were 2 of my biggest gripes along with the AI.

I hope they tame down this spin off, I would give it a second chance.

and i still have to finish dark souls. i looove that game, it's just, i need the perfect day for dark souls. for example, when my girlfriend is around, i just can't keep calm :D

for me this article isn't interesting because of the "sony exclusive" bit.   it's been rumored for a long time that demon's souls 2 was being worked on.   but this rumor says "spin-off" and that's the interesting bit to me.  not a sequel but a spin-off.  curious what that means (if true).

EPIC, this would be awesome. Sony needs a good exclusive RPG, and there are too many rumours about this to not be true IMO.
