I have my doubts on Uncharted 4 - it will be like halo 4 again. not enough meaningful improvements from critics to rate it high like its predecessors. However Naughty dog should not be underestimated

If Uncharted comes out this year, that has the best chance of getting 90+, The Order is a wildcard, and Infamous SS will probably get high 80s, maybe 90+ if it's the breakout game.

Totally agree. I think Infamous will probably be amazing, and get rated in the mid-eighties. The Order looks promising, but I have a feeling it's going to disappoint. Uncharted is probably not coming out in 2014.
