I don't pay attention to Xbox rumours.
The funniest and most ridiculous one was a customer of mine who believed that if he was watching a film and someone sat down beside him, Kinect would detect it and charge him twice.

I am amazed people saying the cloud, yes it was horrid bad PR, but cloud is something that does exist jjust not to the extent MS was trying to say. The Descrete GPU was totally dilusional, I mean a secret GPU hidden in the box? LMAO.
My favorite has to be when X1 fanboys claim / claimed that Ryse was going to be / or is a great game. While no longer a rumor since it is out, the people who still stand by that claim after playing it are the worst.
