I knew people would take it the wrong way. I think the service is a new cool way to distribute games.

BUT for it to work the infrastructure has to be as perfect as possible. ISPs need to build better networks, Sony needs to build more and stronger servers, optimize the code. So the later they will release it the better will the experience be for everyone.

I can already hear the doom cries of everyone  because the service is not as good as they expected just because the infrastructure needed to support such a big enterprise is not there yet. So to repeat myself.

The later this service comes out the better it will be for everyone.

No, not people. Just me. It needed clarification. It is possible, for someone, to not like such evolution, because of the changes it will bring. It may become something astonishing, or it could rip the genre apart.

I'm not worried about change at all. I believe in the free market and that everything is fine. If something is not fine either people or companies will adapt to it. So every change that will come will be fine eventually :)

I don't think this will fundamentally change games for everyone. Core gamers will never be satisfied by this service so there will always be a market for them. This whole thing may even fail completely because people's high hopes for this service can be crushed quite easily and soon the media backlash will force this service into non-existence. It could really go either way.
