When plugging in a wireless or wired USB keyboard, be sure to unplug your xbox one first so that the system can truely restart (as opposed to just sleep, when it's off).

Thanks man. I'll watch tomorrow but if I can get away without buying a chatpad or whatever I'll be singin your praises. Nice effort on all this and nice to see something positive for a change.

Edit:  No Joy.  Tried the full reboot but maybe I need a more recent keyboard set or something.  It's M$ but I've had it a while.  No worries.
