Here we go. The desperation to prove a bad game good by calling every other game crap.

No old FF's werent auto attack 95% of the time. There was alot of attacking, but there was alot of using magic, using skills, using limit breaks, using items. Old FF games make you think and strategise while you play. FFXIII urges you to use one button. Its not the same at all.

You keep saying auto-attack 95% of the time.

"Old FF games make you think and strategise while you play" - FFXIII doesnt? Are you sure you played the game? I'm honestly thinking you are just hating for the sake of hating. There is no way you could passed over several of the locations in FFXIII if you just blindly auto attacked.

I dont see how FFIV, FFVII, FFIX, and FFX are any different from FFXIII when it comes to "Strategies". You use attack/fight, use magic, use items and use limit breaks......uuhh that sounds like FFXIII too.

I know what you're saying. People confuse the removal of "mash the X Button to fight weaklings" with the removal of strategies. Because mashing a button to repeat the same attacks all the time, when battling those weak monsters poping up every 30 seconds, is so rewarding! It's funny, because when fighting the tougher bosses in FF XIII, you really need to know what you're doing and make the proper Paragon Shifts to suceed. Yeah, you can hit "auto battle" endlessly when fighting weaker mobs, but that's the same as mashing the fight command in every other Final Fantasy games.

What a laugh. The strategy is that you have to watch wich skills/spells to use and manage your MP or resources and kill enemies in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Its nothing like what FFXIII has.

And serirously, im not talking absolutes but near absolutes. Bosses werent that different. You just had to change to a healing paradigm to heal the damage. Woot look at the total of 2 strategies. Heavy stuff!

Look guys, its best to agree to disagree. You think the game isnt terrible, but i had a terrible time with it (and i wasnt the only one) and i was really really trying to like it. Its just a dull game. Some people have higher tolerance to dullness and grinding than others have. I just assume you guys have a higher tolerance to it, so you can find some enjoyment in it. Thats all there is here.

Saying im a hater is also a poor atempt at trying to overthrow my arguments. I dont hate it, i dislike bad games. Wich i think is common to everyone.

Well you have to figure out and craft Paradigms. So you can use a one healer paradigm or a two healer paradigm or a 3 healer paradigm, and that choice is usually based off of which character in your party has the best healing ability/spells available. It's far more complex of a choice than you presume. And there is also quite a few instances (Eidolon battles) were you HAVE to use SENTINEL to defeat them.

You simply don't understand the gameplay involved, and parot what most reviewers were claiming back in the day. Polly want a cracker? I thought so.

And probably played on easy.

I'm not going to say you're a hater. That being said, you're passing off your opinion as fact. People are not liking the game because they think it's good. Nah, you know better than anyone what's good or not. "People like the game because they're tolerant to dullness." What a moronic, egotistical, closed-minded and childish way to shove your opinion down everyone's throat.

Final Fantasy games are shit, you can't even use jump buttom to explore the maps in any game... a serious lack on gameplay.

Sigh... you missed the 95% aswell huh? I dont need a cracker. I have very good eyes though.

The desperation, the difamation i love to see the extreme at wich FF fans will go to try and say their game isnt completely terrible. Its not the only game i saw this in, FFXIV is also a popular example. Sorry, but no. You can try to pin it on me as much as you want. I play alot of JRPG's, i know what im doing. But feel free to try and call me a super noob played on super easy normal mode and yet progressed so far in the game miraculously. The lies are uncanny. Its no wonder Runa doesnt even bother debating it. Its like a loony toons show.

Is it so bad to admit you enjoy a dull game? I am not afraid to say i enjoy the Dynasty Warriors games, but i understand why other people dont like them.

Pffft, even the Chocobo Chick was a shitty character. It didn't whine about its feelings, lie about its identity or cry about its Dad or anything.

Still parroting the negative reviews.

You're cool and everything but do you have any real opinions?

Bad to admit we enjoy a bad game? You know, at some point during your teenager years, there came a point when you had to realise that tastes, expectations and needs are different from person to person, and that yours are no better than those of other people, since you're obviously not above anyone else. Only different. What you look for in the things you consume isn't going to be the same for everyone.

Somehow, you didn't manage to learn this. At 31 years old, it would be more than due time for you to do so.
