Didn't see it on the forums so I decided to post it. IGN is reporting that Two Tribes had to shut down their game development studio, laying off all but a small staff and they are "rebooting".
This was in responce to the high development cost of Toki Tori 2 and it lower than expected holiday sales on Steam.

A few thing to note is on their twitter account, they are not blaming the Wii U since according to them the ports made a profit and are financing the new games.
