For newer ones I REALLy recommend Master's Sun in Kdramas and The Heirs. Master's Sun is a comedy drama but has suspense, horror, and romance in it. I'm sure you will love it, the story and twists are also unpredictable. The Heirs starts like your usual teen rich guy poor girl rom-com but then develops into something better later on. It's also ridiculous and the all the characters, even the antagonists end up really likable and are given excellent character development.
Other great dramas include Good Doctor which is about an autistic guy becoming and being accepted as a licensed Doctor(It's also a tearjerker).
For ridiculous, random, hilarious, and suddenly overly dramatic sitcoms I recommend the High Kick! series. Those are just pure awesome.
