I went into work today my manager told me since we sold nearly 100 preorders of Brawl they decided to let us host a Brawl release tournament as well, plus the midnight release, it's amazing cause it's a little store in a little town and not many gamers, and guess what my job was do to today? I had to personally call all those people to tell them this and see if they wanted to be in it, it took me nearly 2 hours due to most of them running on and on about questions not even related to the tournament it would be about their 360 or something, either way it's going to be a pretty good turn out.

Nice. My store still is unsure about a tournament. But they have 300+ preorders so it is pretty likely. The manager didnt rule it out. So thats a good thing =]

They're talking about letting us employees play in it, which is because we all preordered the game as well, but judging from the post from another GameStop manager from Gamefaqs I don't think employees are supposed to be allowed, I guess if I end up in the final round I'll take a dive so the store nor I get in trouble cause all I want to do is play, but there's also talk that we might not get the chance of letting people go to the other stores and so on till you reach the national tournament, instead getting the game for free, if that be the case I wouldn't take the dive.
